SAT Preparation Courses Fridays or Mondays and Private Tutoring In preparation for the fall SATs, I will be teaching SAT Preparation at the LTC co-op at Faith Baptist Church in Knoxville on Fridays and at the Faith Reformed Church (no co-op affiliation) in Frederick on Monday evening. An information flyer for my Monday evening class in the files section of our page. I am also available to tutor on an individual basis. Monday evening classes run from August 11th to October 8th. If you are interested in enrolling your child, I need to know as soon as possible. The LTC enrollment is handled through its coordinators, but you are welcome to contact me with questions about the curriculum and to request references. Helping SAT students identify their goal score, increase their confidence, reduce their test anxiety, and sharpen their test taking skills is what I love to do best. This will be my 4th year teaching SAT Preparation for LTC and my 15th year leading privately arranged classes for homeschool groups. I also have been providing individualized tutoring for nineteen years. Prior to tutoring and teaching privately, I was an instructor for Sylvan Learning Center for 5 years, specializing in SAT preparation, critical reading, math, and writing. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education and taught middle and high school for a few years before staying home to raise and homeschool my children.
