SEEK DAILY, Friday, October 3 Psalm 56:1-7 REMOVE MY FEAR, O LORD …In God I trust; I will not be afraid…. Psalm 56:4a, NIV Fear is one of the results of the fall in the Garden of Eden. Before then, Adam and Eve were never afraid of anything, not even the awesome presence of God when He came in the cool of the evening. But, immediately they sinned, fear set in and they started hiding from God. This pathetic trend has continued till today. However, by the grace of God, we are saved from the deadly consequences of our sins. As you believe the work of salvation done by the Lord on the cross of Calvary and put your trust in God who is able to keep you until the day of the Lord, every fear shall diminish. Your faith in the Lord is therefore the antidote to every fear. When you observe lukewarmness towards the Word and things of God, it is a sign that you are losing trust in God. This leads to fear and can be disastrous. Guide the entrance of your heart all the time so as not to allow iniquity to come in. If anything is wrong, pray NOW that the Lord be gracious to you! • Birthday Blessing: “I will feed my flock and cause them to lie down says the Lord God.” Ezekiel 34:15 Read Bible Through Passage: Isaiah 41-44; Ephesians 5 History is silent about revivals that did not begin with prayer. - Edrin Orr *************************** Meditations for the Day 03Oct2014 BIBLE VERSE FOR THE DAY “God will do what is right: he will bring suffering on those who make you suffer, and he will give relief to you who suffer and to us as well” (2 Thessalonians 1:6-7 TEV). ******************* QUOTE FOR THE DAY Are you a victim of evil doers?
