SENT AS PM I was tag as NCNS for three consecutive days starting July 05, 2014. On the 04th of July, 2014, I went to the office even if I’m really not feeling well. I also went to the clinic for me to be check by the company doctor and they sent me home during that night. I was advice by the company doctor to seek for a medical certificate to a family doctor and also for my medication as well. I failed to go to a family doctor immediately on the 05th of July, because I can’t stand even carry myself to be checked by a physician. I assume that my Supervisor, will automatically filed a sick leave on my behalf because that was really my intention why I forced myself to report to the office on the 04th July. I was bed ridden, during those days, because of my illness, that’s why I can’t manage to notify my absence. But situation being said, it is also my Supervisor’s responsibility to filed a sick leave for me, because I was there prior to the date of my absence. She is fully aware that my illness will take few days for me to be fully recovered and report back to work. On the 7th of July, 2014, that was the time that I was check by my doctor and I was advice to rest until the 09th of July. On the said day, I inform my supervisor, again that I was advice to rest by my doctor until the 09th of the month. She is asking for my medical certificate. On the 9th of July, 2014, I reported back to work together with my medical certificate. But, as per my supervisor, I was already tag as NCNS and that was already been forwarded to the HR. I log in to my work station, but she told me to log out and discuss things with me. She had given me some option referring to my employment status. She told me to file a resignation letter because with my case that was terminable. And only immediate resignation will be the best option for me not to be terminated. And she told me that I can still re apply after three months. She even gave me a resignation plot for me to follow. And since I trusted her and hold her words as my supervisor, I filed an immediate resignation, which I pass on the 11th of July. On the 10th of July, 2014, I received a show cause notice from Convergys, asking me to explain myself about my absence. And since I choose to resign, because as per my supervisor that is the best thing to do, I thought that the resignation letter that I did is the response that the HR is asking me to comply. But after 2 days of submission of my resignation, my supervisor told me that my manager did not accept my resignation. I ask her why and what to do, she just only told me to process a clearance. How can I process a clearance, if I don’t know what is my employment status. All I know is that she just let me log out, on the 9th of July when I reported back, and ask me to file a resignation. On the 15th of July, I was ask by the HR to attend a hearing about my case, I failed to report on that day, because of the bad weather condition. There is a storm during that day. But I report to HR after that day. I ask about my status, all they say that my supervisor already send me a termination letter. Since I don’t know where to place myself, I consulted my Attorney about what happen to my employment. I also want this letter to serve as incident report to my supervisor. from guyinprotest
