SETTLED, BUT WINDY PERIOD OF WEATHER ON THE WAY. Good evening all. Yes after a weak SW change tomorrow we have a warm and windy period of weather on the way. Tomorrow expect a SW change to move through during the morning. Bringing a few showers to coastal parts. It is not looking overly cold, but snow flurries could fall to 800m. Expect highs of 11deg before the SW change before it could drop to 9deg. Monday is looking good. A northerly or NW wind will develop bringing more mild temperatures for this time of year, possibly 2-3deg above average. Expect cloudy periods and highs of 15deg. The middle stage of next week are looking windy and warm, as a large high to the north and a big southern low create a squash zone over NZ. We expect gale force winds and mild conditions creating spring like conditions. More at a later date.. but for now have a good night, and enjoy the second half! -Josh
