SEVERE FLOODING has affected the Snoqualmie Valley where we live, resulting in road closures, long detours, and some phenomenal scenes of vast fields under water. I drove around the area yesterday, and everywhere there were motorists pulled over to take photos on their cameras. Heres a half-minute video of water pouring over SE 124th Street, the road we usually take to cross the Snoqualmie River on our way home. The ridge of water in the video is water pouring over the guard rail, which is a good 2-3 feet above the pavement. [NOTE: This video is most impressive if you click on options and select Download HD]
