SFL1771S lexus road bully pointing third finger and cutting without signal twice Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to report an incident happened today on the 14/07/2014 at the CTE expressway towards Ang Mo Kio near the the braddell exit .I was travelling on the 2nd lane of the expressway when suddenly a silver lexus ES250 SFL1771S suddenly cut into my lane without signal to overtake the lorry in front of him at time 13:55:33pm . I have to jam brakes to avoid a collision . He then started slowing down and hog the road in front of me . I then overtake him at time 13:55:52 pm using the 1st lane and suddenly he started blaring his horn at me behind . at time 13:5644pm he then overtake me again using the 1st lane without signal (2nd time) suddenly and cut through 3 lanes to the last lane as seen in the video provided . at time 13:56:59 pm he then wind down the window and showed my an obscene sign (3rd finger) as captured on the video provided. This person is a road bully and a dangerous driver I am totally disgusted with his actions and dangerous driving. yours sincerely,
