SFTM CAMP! Enjoy your day-off members; Dont get caught up on that lounge or stuck in the office chair all day or after work. Here are some SFTM recovery tips to assist you with your day off; - Stay hydrated (H20). - Eat smart. - Rest (Get enough sleep if you can- thats kind of hard when your a parent some days, TRY to though). - Go for a walk for an hr or do some other light exercise routines. - Stretch. - Do some foam rolling or get a massage. - Take an ice bath if you are physically struggling. * Hope you find this information useful.
