(and my FB Friends, and their FB Friends...) Im writing with a request and wonder if you or any of your colleagues might be interested. We are looking for panelists to serve next week at the following panel: Business and Leadership Panel College and Career Program: St. Stephens Youth Programs Wednesday, March 26, from 6:15 - 7:15 PM 419 Shawmut Ave, Boston, MA 02118 Dinner is Provided! (Allergy-free, dietary need options upon request.) We have connected the ideas of business and leadership into this panel, as they both influence one another, but can be considered separate fields as well. Many of our teens are influenced in business, management, community organizing, politics, and leadership in other forms - and we are eager to gather some people interested in having a discussion any, a few, or all of those fields - or something else related to these careers! The teens are hoping to hear panelists informally share their experiences about some of the following questions: - What is your story - how did you end up in a business or leadership career? - What are the diverse subfields or directions that one can take in business? - Im interested in developing my leadership skills. From your own experience, what are some good ways in becoming a better leader? - I want to open my own business someday. What are some of the steps I need to take to get there? - Should I pursue a higher degree in business? What kind of education will be necessary to succeed in this field? - What is your everyday life like? Is it true that in business, one has a stable income?
