******SHARE SHARE SHARE****** OK EVERYONE. HERE IS THE VIDEO I HAVE BEEN TELLING A FEW OF YOU ABOUT. Here is the scenario. I was a passenger of a vehicle when the driver of the vehicle was pulled over by the Dallas Police Department for a SO CALLED brake light out. Of course both officers approached the vehicle. the driver was asked for his drivers license and complied and gave it to the officer. when the other officer approached me I was sitting in the front passenger seat. my seat belt was on and I had at the time committed no infractions. when the officer walked up to the vehicle he asked me for my ID and I refuse to give it to him because I had stated that I was not being charged with a crime nor were they suspecting me of having committed any crime. As you can see that upset the officer and he immediately ordered me out of the car. the recording begins the minute I stepped out of the car. Please listen very carefully to the officers words. This is PROOF just by the way they word things you can become victim of your civil rights bring violated. always remember to record any and all interactions with any and all law enforcement. At first this officer tried to say that because I was an occupant in the vehicle that got pulled over I was required to show my ID, which was TOTALLY FALSE. Listen to the officer when he says he asked me for my ID and he also stated that I did not need to show him my ID, he stated he was Asking for consent to check my ID. Now I am showing everyone this video so that you can see for yourself and hear it come out of the police officers mouth PERSONALLY. Know youre rights. Share this with everyone please. We all need to take control of our lives and not be adjusted to some of these bad appled officers. If I did not know this information at the time then Im sure I would have wound up in handcuffs and in the back of a patrol car. I suggest you learn this law is well. You are NOT required BY LAW to show your id NOR identify yourself to ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT personnel UNLESS they ate charging you with a crime OR they suspect that you have committed a crime. I am telling you this because everyday there are people out there that get harassed by police because they look suspicious or they are a passenger of a vehicle or other issues that they can come up with to try and get your information ILLEGALLY..WATCH THE VIDEO NOW!!
