SHAREEF JAUDON READERS! May I have your attention as I seek your advice on a matter. Where does an author go when his publisher (or ex publisher) refuses to pay him the money that he has earned? People are constantly saying not to stir things up. I am supposed to just sit back and allow my ex publisher rob me because he lives all the way out in Colorado and he knows that it would cost me more to travel there for court appearances than he actually owes me. Because of this I am expected to take that loss and not say a thing so as to not look like a troublemaker. Well you know what. That publisher has refused to take my calls, answer my texts or inboxes, and has even went as far as to block me so that I cant tag him or post on his page. All over $895.00. Now some of you may say that this is not worth it for such a petty amount. To that I say, if I earned my pay, I should receive it. Yes, I am indeed talking about Shareef Jaudon, author of the Tyce series. I have been trying to receive payment from Shareef for months now, and recently he told me that he could pay me whenever he wants, but that the reason he wont pay me is because he doesnt like my attitude. Seriously!? Shareef is upset because I stopped dealing with him after he published my second novel, Lady Scarface 2. It was edited terribly and I grew tired of his lies. There are so many reasons why I chose not to work with shareef after the release of LS2, but I wont go into that here. I have said enough.
