SHERIDAN ENTERPRISES: Sheridan Enterprises will work with the Department of Social Services, the Unemployment Office and Parole/Probation Offices in assisting men and women with employment opportunites. Through my own life experiences, I have learned that there are those in society who will not be independent, successful members of society, but that there are those who are for lack of true opportunites, stuck in a social/economic depressed state. I therefore propose that such offices as mentioned above change course in efforts to get Americans to work, especially those stuck in a social/economic depressed state: -That the Unemployment office be managed more efficiently as a corporate human resource office. -That welfare benefits not be denied a person for lack of employment. -That failed welfare programs such as G.A.I.N and G.R.O.W. be terminated. -That Parole/Probation Offices change mission from "baby sitting" those leaving incarceration facilities to "hub" offices to help determine those who are good candidates for temporary group housing and gainful employment at businesses such as Sheridan Enterprises and those persons not eligible who will be directed to government housing (such as at the proposed government housing at government lands in the state of Nevada) and set up with welfare benefits.
