SHOP N FRISK ISSUE: Kudos to the young brother for standing up and fighting back the right way by suing the store for racial discrimination. Happened to me many times. Im dressed down in sweats everyday so Im automatically looked at as suspect. Its wrong and should be stopped. BUT my one issue is why he and Black folks like him feel the need to save up money to shop at a store where your not wanted or something priced so high, you really dont need? $350 for a belt??? Is it Batmans Belt? Same reason why I cant fathom people waiting on line to buy cheap expensive brand name sneakers , (made in China for ten cents but sold here for $200) from a rich, selfish RETIRED champion who has done NOTHING for the community that supports his recycled sneakers! Yet at the same time, most will not support business in their own communities. Who says buying from Barneys, Tiffanys, Sacks etc will make you feel equal to the other man? Use your money to something else useful in your life for the better! Contribute that same money to your own or someone else to grown and have your own store!
