********** SHOP UP-DATE - May 14, 2014 *********** WE PASSED OUR FINAL HEALTH INSPECTION WITH FLYING COLORS. We are completely licensed and if I had product ready I would open tomorrow. I guess our 12hours days the past few months has totally paid off. Our soft opening date is set for June 2nd....I hope to have enough product completed by then....but will keep adding daily. We will have all our 120 Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegars available for sampling. We will also have a cooler with some fantastic cheeses and I hope some great curd meats and whipped butters...working on more. Pasta, jams/jellies, bread, bread dipping seasonings, meat seasoning, gourmet sea salts and peppers......so many things I cant list it all. Just pray I can pull this off in two weeks. As always ...
