SICKNESS IS A DEFENSE AGAINST THE TRUTH...At a risk of offending those who are presently writhing in pain, bed-ridden, sick beyond their capacity to endure another day, I will, nevertheless, post these words to say: Your sickness is a chosen defense against your coming into the knowledge of Who It Is That You Are. I know these words are beyond your capability to accept as true, but, nevertheless, your refusal to accept them in no way changes their nature as truth. No one is sick without his/her consent. When it is the truth of your creation is about to gain admittance into your consciousness as a Child of God, as a spiritual being, and not one of flesh, the ego will resort to its last defense to keep one in bondage. IT WILL CAUSE YOU TO BE SICK. How can a sick person be divine, one with Spirit and not one with the BODY? it, the ego, will then ask. Of course before it can bring this result about there must first be a belief in the reality of sickness. Without this belief in sicknesss reality there exist no hook on which sickness can hang its hat. The sick person, in addition to believing in the reality of sickness, proceeds to make the most fatal of errors. They proceed to claim sickness as being their own possession. They say and say, day in and day out, I AM-sick. Now, even God Himself cannot effect a healing because He cannot reverse what it is His Son, created in perfection, is NOW claiming as his own. The only way God can reverse the situation is if the Son starts to claim, I AM-healed. But, how many sick souls are astute enough to claim that which they, at present, do not feel? Not many, hardly a few. Sick souls are SAD. Sickness cannot abide in a mental state of JOY. How many sick souls are joyful, or even make the effort to be JOYFUL? Not any, and, hardly a few. ~PA~.
