SMS ---->Alai i think the Govt should be concerned with security in Mandera. Actually the situation is worse in areas like Banisa and Takaba. We had to be evacuated to Mandera town and proceed to Nrb from Banisa today at 1 because of fear of retaliatory attack. The PDU and the Border patrol arent adequate. The conflict between the Garre and Degodia clans if not managed will lead to a humanity crisis. Today people have been killed in Takaba. I could see women & very small children treking to Ramu. We tried to carry as many as possible in our pick-ups but we could manage it all. However a contractor from Guba Road has managed to carry them plus their luggage to Rhamu Bintu and i think the situation might worsen and more people may be killed if the Garre community retaliate todays attack. The CC Ntialal seems not be serious. The County Govt isnt even serious with bringing peace.
