SO MAD AT FedEx! They were supposed to deliver a package to work yesterday, they said Customer not available or business closed which is wrong since my building is open 8-5, but its easy to get the wrong building (happened to Jimmy Johns before!). So I called and talked to a real live person, made sure she knew which building it was, where the main entrance was, and for them to call me on my cell if they had any issues delivering Friday. Today the SAME undeliverable status message pops up on FedExs tracking website - no phone call, obviously still using the wrong door or at the wrong building. Now I dont trust them to deliver on Monday so I have to pick up a package at a location, but of course they are closed on weekends and only open until 6pm on weekdays. No guarantee my package will even be back to the location by 6. I AM LIVID.
