SONIA, RAHUL TO VISIT KASHMIR ON MONDAY September 28, Jammu: Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi are scheduled for a two-day visit to flood-hit State of Jammu and Kashmir mainly to meet the flood-affected people and assess damages. Reports said that the duo would reach Srinagar Monday morning following which they are expected to visit affected areas in the City and South Kashmir. The Congress chiefs will also access damage caused to private and public property due to recent floods. The duo are expected to visit Poonch in Jammu province on Tuesday to meet the affected people. Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad, AICC (I) General Secretary, In-charge Jammu and Kashmir, Ambika Soni and PCC (I) chief Prof Saif- ud-Din Soz will accompany them during their visit,
