SOS for a kindle guru...I keep getting flack with my streaming or movie rentals...in the middle of a really key scene...the screen freezes and a message comes up saying I need to clear some storage to be able tosee the rest of the movie. I know Ican free up storage by using cloud, however, with my nook I simply touch and hold on something and the menu that pops up lets me touch assign to cloud...with my kindle,when I touch and hold on a book, all I get is add to favorites or delete from device...since I havent read that book, viewed that purchased movie...etc...delete doesnt seem a good idea...indeed, even if I had...I dont want to delete anyway...that was the whole idea behind purchasing. When I try to key in questions using cloud or cloud drive I get a no result Ill admit it...Im clueless... Calls to Kindle helpline havent netted me an individual that speaks English with an accent I can understand...after 4 hours, Ive decided to either take up rosetta stone, stop watching videos or amazon prime, shoot my kindle, myself, or the phone, which seems not only drastic bu counterproductive...or... SOS...(dot dot dot dash dash dash dot dot dot )
