SOSTITUIRE FLUORESCENTI CON LED CONVIENE? Nel marzo 2013 abbiamo installato quattro prototipi di una ipotesi di sostituzione di lampade a fluorescenza per controsoffitti (vedi album thermoled ® - plafoniera led 40w) con led pilotati da Thermoled®. La soluzione realizzativa, semplice e funzionale ed a basso costo (ovvero anche a basso costo energetico di produzione): una lastra 600x600x1mm in alluminio, una lastra 400x400x1mm in plexiglass, quattro perni, un circuito Thermoled®, due led di tipologia Emitter Metal Plate per un consumo complessivo al carico di 40w. Il test, ormai al 7° mese di progressione, ha confermato le ipotesi progettuali evidenziando risultati di estremo interesse: riduzione del calore generato dal led contemporaneamente alla sua efficienza luminosa, entrambi fattori determinati da Thermoled® (risultati prototipi equivalenti con dissipatore 615gr - vedi album Thermoled 2013/09/19). In March 2013 we installed four prototypes of a replacement hypothesis of fluorescent ceilings light (see album thermoled ® - LED ceiling light 40W) with LED driven by Thermoled ®. The embodiment, simple and functional and low-cost (ie, even at low energy cost of production): an aluminum plate 600x600x1mm, a plexiglass plate 400x400x1mm, four pins, a circuit Thermoled ®, two LEDs of type Emitter Metal Plate for a total consumption to the load of 40W. The test, now the 7th month of progression, confirmed the design assumptions by highlighting the results of extreme interest: reduction of the heat generated by the LED and its luminous efficiency, both factors allowed by Thermoled ® (equivalent prototypes results with 615gr heatsink - see album Thermoled 09.19.2013).
