Peruanos y norteamericanos trabajamos juntos a favor de los menos favorecidos proveyendo cuidado médico y medicina gratuitamente. Mi más sincero agradecimiento al equipo misionero de la Primera Iglesia Metodista Unida de la ciudad de Marietta (MFUMC) en Georgia-USA y a sus líderes Forrest Cate, Brian McNair, y a la líder del equipo médico Dolores Wilkinson y a cada uno de sus miembros, por haber impulsado esta iniciativa médica a través de Proyecto Peruano ABCD CHIMBOTE, de la cual soy el coordinador. También, mi total agradecimiento a las organizaciones locales como la Asociación Cristiana y Misionera Acym Nueva Vida Peru (a su pastor Raúl Meza y esposa Patricia Preciado), Municipalidad Distrital de Nuevo Chimbote (a su alcalde Francisco Gasco, a la Directora de la Gerencia de Salud Diane Rodríguez y a la directora de la sub-gerencia de Programas Sociales Cecilia Quesquén), Rotary Club Chimbote Chimbote (a la oficial del Club Sra. María Julia Plasencia Quiñones), así como a las profesionales de la salud entre médicos, enfermeras, psicológos, asistentas sociales, etc., traductores y voluntarios quienes aportaron lo mejor de sí. [ENGLISH] A well-deserved recognition to those who made possible the Medical Campaign held at the New Life Church of Las Delicias in Nuevo Chimbote. Peruvians and Americans worked together in favor of the disadvantaged by providing free medical care and medicine . My heartfelt thanks to the mission team of the Marietta First United Methodist Church (MFUMC) in Georgia, USA and its leaders Forrest Cate, Brian McNair, and the medical team leader Dolores Wilkinson and each of their members, for having driven this health initiative through ABCD CHIMBOTE Peruvian Project, of which I am the coordinator. Also, my full appreciation to local organizations such as the Christian and Missionary Association New Life (to its pastor Raul Meza and his wife Patricia Preciado), District Municipality of Nuevo Chimbote (to the mayor Francisco Gasco, the director of the Health Management Diane Rodriguez and the director of the Social Programs sub-management Cecilia Quesquén), Chimbote ROTARY Club (to the Club officer Maria Julia Plasencia Quiñones) as well as to health professionals including physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, etc., translators and volunteers who gave the best of themselves.
