SPORTS UPDATE WITH EMMAH ATAI: Jack Wilshere is confident he is back to his best for Arsenal after finally recovering from his long injury lay-off. The England international was sidelined for 17 months after suffering a number of ankle and knee problems, making his comeback two years ago this month. Aston Villa captain Ron Vlaar is hopeful that he will return to action against Everton on October 18 following a stint on the sidelines with a calf injury. The 29-year-old has been absent from Villas last four games, the most recent being last weekends 2-0 defeat to Manchester City. FORMULA1: Formula One boss Jean Todt has asked for a full report into the accident that left Marussia driver Jules Bianchi in a critical condition in a Japanese hospital for a second night on Monday. FIA race director Charlie Whiting is compiling the dossier and is expected to present his findings to Todt before Sunday’s Russian Grand Prix.
