SPOTLIGHT ON OUR SPEAKERS: Todays spotlight is on none other than Rev. Tammy Dozier of Arlington, Texas. Rev. Dozier is a native of Kansas City, Missouri. She is the wife of Bro. Matthew Dozier, mother of two, grandmother of one, and the fifth child to the late Sandra L. Dumas, to whom she attributes her introduction to Christ. After relocating to Texas in 1996, she accepted the call to preach in June 2006. She was licensed to preach the gospel in 2007 by Senior Pastor Ronnie Goines of Koinonia Christian Church in Arlington, Texas, and later became the church’s first ordained clergy in July 2011. She serves on the church’s board and provides leadership to the Associate Ministers team. She is a sought after preacher, teacher, conference host, and consultant. In 2005, God led her to form Created for Destiny Ministries, a ministry with a God ordained mandate to impact the lives of women. Rev. Dozier is currently a student at Southern Bible Institute in Dallas, TX, where she is pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies. At the end of the day she says “ordination sealed the deal to wash feet, preaching is what I do, a servant is who I am.” Rev. Tammy L.
