SRC/ AFPOCS Alumni Association Incorporated, Philippine Navy Chapter SEC Registration Number: CN201010490 TIN: 007-809-819 BOARD RESOLUTION NR. 005-2013 A RESOLUTION FOR ADJUSTMENT OF MONTHLY DEDUCTION OF SRC/AFPOCS AA DUES FROM ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P 100.00) TO TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P 200.00) CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE MONTHLY PAY AND ALLOWANCES OF EVERY MEMBER AT PHILIPPINE NAVY FINANCE CENTER. WHEREAS, by the virtue of 3rd General Assembly and Convention last 07 September 2013 at Blain Theater, Naval Education and Training Command, Naval Station Leovigildo Gantioqui, San Antonio, Zambales. WHEREAS, by law and policy of the Association, states that Ten Percent (10%) of the total numbers of the members in good standing present in person shall constitute in quorum and a majority vote of those present constituting a quorum shall be valid as a corporate act, save and except in those matters where the Corporate Code of the Philippines or the By Laws of the Association require the affirmative votes of a greater proportion. WHEREAS, the general membership in attendance with the total of three hundred ninety eight (398) members in good standing present during the said assembly out of the total eight hundred sixty four (864) members in good standing. WHEREAS, the members unanimously approved the recommendation to adjust the monthly deduction of the chapter from One Hundred Pesos (P 100.00) to Two Hundred Pesos (P 200.00) chargeable against the monthly pay and allowances of every members at Philippine Navy Finance Center. WHEREAS, the additional One Hundred Pesos (P 100.00) will be a portion for the Class Fund of every class and this amount will be transfer to the Respective Class President and/or Class Treasurer by the PN Chapter Treasurer. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the members during its 3rd General Assembly and Convention held on 07 September 2013 at Blain Theater, NETC, NSLG, San Antonio, Zambales that Adjustment of monthly deduction of SRC/AFPOCS AA Dues from One Hundred Pesos (P 100.00) to Two Hundred Pesos (P 200.00) chargeable against the monthly pay and allowances of every member at Philippine Navy Finance Center.
