Then maybe it’s time you pulled your head out Of the clouds (Arse!) and booked a session or asked for a programme!!?? “Why!?” Let us say that “YOU want to MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE and get out of a rut” In your mind you know that the time is right for you to look at a PT session or Chose a programme developed at SC Vital Fitness (YES IT DOES COST MONEY FOR YOUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING, A GASTRIC BYPASS COSTS THOUSANDS!) Try this little STARTER PROGRAMME…. WARM UP!! Trap Bar Deadlift – 4 Set x 3 reps (Lift something heavy!) Mill press – 4 Sets x 5 reps (Push something) Glute Bridge – 3 Sets x 10 reps (Hip lift more!) Yoke Carry – 4 Sets x 2 15 metre lengths (carry something!) (Superset with) Slams (6kg) 4 Sets x 5 reps (Heart and lungs!)
