STOP!!!! Life is so busy! It seems as though we are in a fast forward mode.......this fast pace threatens to rob us of the quietness that we need with God! When we are driving a car, we have STOP signs & other warning signs that warn us to slow down-this is a reminder that we cant always have our foot on the accelerator if we are to be safe. We need those reminders in all aspects of our lives! Even God himself rested on the seventh day! Jesus although He had more messages to preach & more people to heal......He went apart from the crowds & rested awhile. If we always rush through each day.....we tend to get weary.(Matthew 14:13 & Mark 6:31) When was the last time you could echo Psalm 131:2 I have calmed and quieted my soul ?? Put a STOP sign at the intersection if your busy life! Find a place to be alone! Turn off the distractions that keep you from listening to Gods voice & let Him refresh your heart & mind with the strength to live life well for His glory!!! Life can make us all weary & stressed at times. We all need to stop right now & take the time for God to quite our souls & let Him speak to us from His Word. Say Lord refresh me!! STOP & TAKE A BREAK FROM THE BUSYNESS OF LIFE SO THAT YOU CAN GET YOUR SOUL REFUELED!!!
