STORY: When I lived in SF Bay Area, I danced monthly at an East Bay Persian restauraunt called Didar. Almost every time I had a performance at Didar, this lady would come have dinner with her friends and family. She came especially to see my show and also to get up on the dance floor with me, so I always tried to give her solo time on the dance floor and let her shine. She is probably around the same age as my grandmother but still dances daily ( she told me) and I loved seeing her dance at my shows because she has a very classic style that I never see in comtemporary dancers.
