STRETCH GOAL CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS: You have successfully made it to day 14 of the challenge! You have completed 2 weeks of 1.Getting in the mat minimum 4xs a week 2. Drinking half your body weight in ounces of water a day (or closer to it then youve ever been). 3. Read the PYM 5 Day Food Reset and consider doing it. I LOVE hearing your commitment and progress! This week your assignments are 1. Double up at least ONE day a week this week. You an do a stretchy video then a regular workout, two stretches or 2 regulars. Any combo is a success. When you double up, come post on the fan page which 2 you did!! Id love to know how you felt and if youll try to do more of those. Today, now, please post HOW YOU FEEL SO FAR! Mentally, physically and or emotionally. Poat here in the comments. Ive been making new patterns in my practices as well these two weeks and am very happy, energized and strong because of them. (Starting to get up at 5:45am during the week to jump on my mini trampoline and then do my 30 minutes of PYM.)
