[STUDENT FEEDBACK SURVEY (SFS), SEMESTER 1, 2014/2015] Kindly be informed that effective from Semester 1, 2014/2015, it is COMPULSORY for all students to fill-up the online SFS. For UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE students the SFS is open from 17TH NOVEMBER 2014 until 11TH JANUARY 2014 NOTES: 1. The results of this exercise will be the official SFS scores and thus, will be made available only after the last date of the final grades submission in the Final Result Entry system. The lecturers will not be able to view your personal record, only the class average. 2. The students MUST complete all items. 3. Those who fail to submit the survey will be blocked from accessing their examination slip, the slip will be made available once feedback for all courses the student takes has been submitted.
