STUDIO/Cthulhu UPDATE: Ceremonial Castings is finishing up some distorted bass tracks tonight for our upcoming album. All guitars, ambient synths & drums are finished. Tomorrow night we will finish up all final mixes on the music before continuing. After the final mix is done we will just have to record vocals & possibly some bone percussion. After that the album will be mastered (professionally for the first time) & ready for release sometime in the not too distant future. Release date TBA. We know this album has taken a lot longer than expected, but it will definitely be worth the wait. Cthulhu is the first new full length since Salem 1692 & will spark a new beginning in the band. Over the last few years we have re-released a lot of old material so that it would be available to our fans. While this did hold us up on releasing new material, it was something we felt necessary before moving forward into new artistic realms. Salem brought many secrets & visitations from dead witch spirits. Cthulhu ventured us to Rlyeh & had us trying to scramble out from our own madness. There will be many more dark corners to delve into after we survive this offering. Thanks to our fans for (un)patiently waiting for us to return from the blackened-emerald Abyss! Cthulhu will rise in 2014!
