STUDY CONCLUDES THAT QUESTION 3 WOULD INCREASE HEALTH CARE COSTS AND REDUCE NEVADANS’ ACCESS TO CARE KEY FINDINGS: -Question 3 does not exempt health care – including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements and other government sources of healthcare. That means virtually all payments to doctors, hospitals, clinics and other health care providers would be subject to the Margin Tax.
