STory time #3 "1st time: Alhamdullilah its safe & fulfilling" My 1st ever Umrah and Tarawi during the month of Ramadan at Al Haram. 1st time to experienced the rain while.performing Tawaf. 1st time to for us to ate Sahul in Al Haram. 1st time for me to do my Salatul Asr in Meeqat, Al Madinah. At 1530H we left at home with our baons (foods) we travelled to Makkah via taxi for 4-5hours. 1st time to broke our fast inside d car. At 2115H arrived to Makkah. It was crowded that all cars are stagnant.so we decided to walked. 2140H-Adhan for Salatul Isha. We rushed to d bathroom and do wudu. I joined for prayer. 1st set of Tarawi done. And i saw my cp with 10miscalls from my hubby. Crap. I forgot to inform him. Bray: where are u? Iv waited outside the bathroom. Im worried Me: im sorry. I wasnt able to inform u.i thinking that your praying. When i saw him, his face cannot be painted. He grab my hands and said - dont do that again,thinking that your alone. Im here. U worry me to much.. Then he brought me to ladies section. 2nd set of Tarawi begins. Im with the native Sudanese sisters. 2 ladies infront of me w/ fair skin & not praying, badly starring at me & mumbled each other. At d 4th round i ask them "esh mushkilla?" then they left. Sister sudanese poked me.and asked to put my cp and wallet infront of me so it will not be lost. 2330H-Tarawi done Me & Bray ate our dinner. Drank zamzam & tea. 0120H-do wudu and started our umrah. Sudden poured of rain during Tawaf. People w/ diff. Races, colors & tribes shouting "Allahu Akbar", cheerfully. 0320H-Sai completed.unfortunately my husband forgot d scissor in his bag.so we asked to cut our hair. To our Brothers and sisters. 0345H-we ate our Sahul. 0400H-wudu 0417H-Adhan for Salatul Fajr 0440H-done praying 0630H-left Makkah going to jeddah. Thank u my husband for everything.. Especially for lending your shoulder for me to sleep. Iou mwah. MORAL LESSON: Expect the unexpected. Dont judge a person by his/her color,tribe or race. Life on earth is temporary, in sha Allah prepare ourselves to the hereafter. — at Masjid Al Haram, Makkah.
