Thanks CM It seems like a million years ago that I had to listen to some jerk at Valeo tell me how lucky I was to have a job there that paid so well.....Never-ever let someone tell you that your lucky to be employed by them as if they are doing you such a favor...aspire, and take the chances to get the job you deserve...every night I had to listen to Billy Joe **** face at Valeo threaten to fire people over stupid crap, throw parts, and act as if he is better than the people who have to put up with his crap in a sweat-shop owned by a bunch of French ***holes that would be eating strudel and bowing down to Nazi Germany if it wasnt for America....Corporate America is a sell-out and they will sell you out along with them....The politicans who allow temporary agencies like Manpower, Employment Plus, Spartan, and the rest of that trash who take a large chunk of the workers pay dictate who gets a job should be boiled in oil along with the industrial companies who use these agencies to enslave the working people of this country........Im no longer a sheep, and never will be again...it is time that people should take notice and let their voice be heard when it comes to these temporary agencies and the companies who utilize their services, They farm hard working people out to these slave-driving factories that promise to hire you full time and never do, or wait for months to do so while your pay is garnished by the temp. agency. It is not fair to the workers and their families who have to work whatever shift the factory deems necessary, mandatory overtime with very little notice, and being treated as a second-class citizen by the full-time employees and their employers. On the other hand it is not fair to the workers who have devoted years of their lives to an industry that will be glad to fire them and replace their jobs with temporary employees who make half the hourly wage they did....the workers of this state have little or no rights compared to many other states such as California, ect., you can be terminated for no reason at all, even for on-the-job injuries that the resulting missed days results from too many points on your record....need I go on????...enough is enough...
