SULAT ITO PARA SA AKING KATUKAYO:(iba lang spelling) Alam mo ba nung una palang kita makita, alam ko na hindi ka gagawa ng maganda kasi nga ITIK ka pero lumipas ang araw nagpakita kang kabaitan na sabi ko pa "wow iba to ah." ayos to mabait saka CHRISTIAN daw sya. habang tumatagal ang dami ko nadidinig na complaint mula sa mga kasama ko, sabi ko sa kanila ok lang yan kasi baka busy lang sya dami kasi ginagawa nun. then isang beses nagpunta ako sa opisina mo nakita ko may kausap ka, hanggang sa mga oras na kailangan kita puntahan may kausap ka nanaman or kakuwentuhan yan na ang itawag ko dun. hanggang sa dumating ang time na kailangan ko ng magleave, 2 months before ako umuwi pinapunta mo ako sa opisina mo para ipaliwanag ang flight sked ko, sabi ko ayos, napakahaba ap ng time para makahanap sya ng magandang flight. 1 week before flight, wala pa daw sya nahahanap na flight busy daw sya... samantalang dumating ako sa office nya na may kausap sya na suki sa opis nya tuwing umaga at sabihin na natin na buong maghapon. 4 days before flight, wala pa din daw sya mahanap na flight kasi daw dami na nagpabook. wala na daw sya makita magandang schedule. oh diba bilang tao meron ka oras na magagalit ka na gusto mong pumatay. pero di ko yun ginawa kasi di naman sya tao ITIK sya baka kasi sing liit lang ng kasuy ang utak nya. ayun salamay 2 days before ako umalis or takdang araw binigay nya din ang ticket na parang proud pa sya sa nagawa nya wala man lang sorry o kahit candy man lang na maibigay kasi TANGA sya. ay TAMAD lang pala. pareho din ang eksena ng 2nd time walang pagbabago. nakakablilib panu ka nakakatulog sa gabi at nakakapagbakasyon na tambak ang trabaho mo at aalis na ang isang tao na wala pa din ticket ni hindi mo nga matanung kung may masasakyan ba pauwi or kung kumusta ang biyahe mo. ok lang ba na eto ang schedule mo saka hindi naman kailangan ng LOAD sa email para makapagreply ka, saka kung iisipin natin saot ng kumpanya ang LOAD mo kung hindi ako nagkakamali ay 1000 sar kada month. at kung iisipin mo araw2 ka nakaharap sa computer mo, ako nga saglit lang makahanap ng flight sched wala pang 10 mins meron na ako nakita ikaw pa kaya!!!?? hanggang ngayon wala ka pinagbago, specialist ka ba kamu?? haha saan banda kung nakalimutan mo na ang trabaho mo dahil sa kakuwentuhan mo na may kapangalan na terorista at kalahi mo din na ITIK. yan basahin mo yan. nung isang araw naging malinaw na, sabi ko CHRISTIAN sya may takot sya sa diyos baka busy nga lang sabi ko anu ba relihiyon mo catholic daw sya, ah ok nagbabasa ka ba ng BIBLE?? ha? anu yun sagot nya.. haha. ang lupit! magbasa2 ka din kapag may time ka iwas2 na sa kakausap sa kapangalan ng terorista ang dami pwede gawin baka maistroke ka nyan kulay utot ka na lumabas ka sa kwarto mo para pawisan ka naman. -hindi ako ang nagsulat nito- ps print mo na lang ang HR job desciption baka nakatulong ako sayo. HR Job Description Assume responsibility for all day-to-day coordination of human resources support to manufacturing facility in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for: supporting, advising, and guiding managers on employee issues, works closely with the General Manager and Plant Manager in the areas of recruitment, training, employee relations, and organizational development. Provide planning, development of policy, benefit creation/adherence, and analysis of employee information to better manage the employee side of the manufacturing division. • Responsible for supporting and managing all employee relations issues within the facility. • Assist in training supervisors/managers in application of employee policies and procedures • Be a source for employees to ask questions, bring up concerns and express opinions • Be a source to provide conflict resolution for employees and management • Manage the corporate payroll and benefit function. • Maintain communication with vendors to ensure proper delivery of services • Manage the Performance Evaluation process for both hourly and salaried employees in the manufacturing division. Train supervisors and managers on the format, execution and strategies on the performance review. Train on the proper delivery of performance expectations, objectives and feedback to employees. Maintain and update market data on wages and salaries for relevant labor markets of manufacturing locations. • Active member of Corporate Safety Committee. Provide support for all safety initiatives and communication efforts. Assist in development and delivery of supervisory/management training on safety initiatives. • Assist in security issues at each facility. • Process all employment contracts and adhere to all compensation and benefit guidelines in a fair and equitable manner and as established by the Corporate office. • Advise and interpret policies and procedures for employees and management. Review and ensure that manuals are up-to-date, comply with statutory laws and regulations, and maintain. • Oversee the recruitment efforts for approved positions by placing ads, obtaining candidates through other recruitment sources, work with agencies in acquiring foreign nationals, and assist Government Relations Officer (GRO) in acquiring the proper visas and documents. • Assist in the recruitment efforts to source and interview candidates. Create and submit Ingenia’s standard Saudi and Non-Saudi contracts for approval and signature as per the company’s recruitment plan. Advise and work closely with the GM and Plant Manager in all recruitment efforts. • In coordination of the Controller, assist in the processing of monthly payroll. • Ensure that benefits are provided as per the Companies guidelines. Process any invoices and respond to questions as needed. • Communicate with the Vice President, Human Resources on all HR-related matters. • Act as an advisor on all HR-related matters. • Assist Plant Manager in maintaining and updating wage grade levels in the manufacturing facilities. • Develop and coordinate employee recognition events with management (e.g. picnics, holiday events, work accomplishments, service awards, safety recognition, etc.) • Develop and coordinate job content analysis to determine proper staffing levels. • Analyze current structure to determine future needs. • Special Projects and other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Skills Previous experience in Human Resources management in a manufacturing environment is required. Must have worked in the Middle East and be fully knowledgeable of the employment practices and procedures. Previous experience as a generalist is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A minimum undergraduate college degree is required; Master’s preferred, in the area of Human Resource, Business, Psychology or Engineering. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate with and at all levels of employees in the Company is essential. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Able to create spreadsheets in Excel to report and analyze employee data is required. Able to read and understand salary information as well as manufacturing related information is required. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram format. Ability to successfully deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized as well as non-standardized situations and determine the appropriate course of action. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Above average “people” skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent and proficient skills in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and working knowledge of ERP systems and SAP.
