SUMMER SALAD 2 Large Cucumbers sliced 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes sliced 1 Medium Red Onion thinly sliced 5-6 Basil Leaves thinly sliced (roll basil lengthwise and slice) ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Put all of the veggies in a bowl.
