SUPER BOWL: Ticket Prices Are Insane Wanna go to the Super Bowl? Better start playing the lottery, because this year, more than ever, it helps if youre rich. 50 yardline seats will set you back $50,000, a luxury suite is going for $1 million ... and the WORST seat in the house will run you $2,700. According to the Wall Street Journal, the NFL decided to raise ticket prices higher than theyve ever been because 1) scalpers have been raising their prices and 2) a lot of people in the NY metropolitan area are wealthy. And then theres getting to the game ... The NFL wants everyone to take public transportation to the stadium to keep the parking nightmare and traffic under control. And for the first time, the Super Bowl will have no limo or taxi drop-off areas for all those rich people paying to freeze in their expensive seats. But if you really want to drive, parking passes are going for $350 on eBay.
