SUPREME COURT UPDATE SHIFTED AGAIN. COURT DISMISSED SUIT AGAINST PDP STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT. PRESS RELEASE FROM THE STATE PUBLICITY SECRETARY. The effort of an acclaimed group within the PDP led by Prof. Olu Agbi a surrogate of the present Ondo State governor Dr. Olusegun Mimiko who had sworn to truncate Ward, Local and State congress of our party held in March 2012 which produced the current state executive members has come to an end as an Ondo State High Court presided over by Justice C.T Ajama dismissed the suit this morning. The effort of these disgruntled PDP Gbasibe who had engaged in surreptitious collaboration with Dr. Mimiko to cripple the activities of our party has been nailed permanently by Justice C.T Ajama of the State High Court. The suit was dismissed on the ground that it was incompetent before the court, because the writ of summon was grossly defective, since it was not signed or disclose the names of the proper parties to the suit. They went ahead to press contempt charges against nine members of old caretaker committee for conducting the 2012 congress. The court also found out that the party sought to be committed for comempt were not personally served as required by law therefore, the application was equally dismissed. The party at this juncture wish to extend hand of fellowship to all and sundry for a collaborative effort at moving our party forward. The umbrella is big enough to accommodate us all and in the spirit of total reconciliation of the leadership of our party represented by Dr. Bamanga Tukur, we implore them all to sheath their sword and join hand to lift the party forward in Ondo State. Wale Ozogoro PDP State Publicity Secretary
