She is a pretty girl, alert, intelligent and with an undeniable spirit. She has issues walking which may be neurological and will need a medical workup in order to determine the diagnosis and treatment. Shes a tail waggy sweetheart who navigates the backyard with difficulty but is happy to do it in the company of a new friend. Her tail wags and she makes direct eye contact with her gorgeous amber eyes. She posed for photos, enjoying some treats as a reward. Her medical intake records note that she is bright and alert, which she is, and we will add how friendly and sweet she is. Shes likely house-trained, going as soon as she is out the door. There were several dogs in the backyard and she met some with a friendly wagging tail, and others with a bit of bristling, so appears to be selective in her choice of canine friends. I carried her back inside and Miss Mooks had no issues with being handled. Shes a sweet girl who needs some medical care, a warm comfy bed and a new best friend. Wont you give her a chance? She only has tonight and ONLY has your voice to advocate for her. Tomorrow she will die on a cold, steel table, unloved and alone. Let Mouse take that walk to safety instead.
