SWIM VIDEO ANALYSIS: There are a limited number of places available for the swim video analysis session this Sat 2nd Nov 9-10am in Ocean Fitness Galway. This is an excellent opportunity to get some personal feedback on your swimming technique and focus on specific areas for improvement. The session will entail:3 minutes of videoing by a GTC coach with audio recording. Participants will have their swimming recorded from multiple angles over approx 100-200m, depending on speed. Feedback will be provided on deck by the coach and in an audio file. The cost for the session is €5 payable at the event. Email gtcswim@gmail to reserve your slot.
