Sachin! Sa- ch -in!-- at best48 hrs more to go and the curtain will be dropped in the nation wide melodrama. Now, the reasons why I admire him: 1) His age is close to mine and when I failed repeatedly in the exam of qualitative betterment, Sachin was then crazy about his quest towards excellence and remained nonchalant towards every sort of earthly attractions except CRICKET. 2) In the non striking end I remained always with Sachin.So, Sachin owed a lot to me.I was the easier prey of the fatigue but Sachin reprimanded me whenever he saw my drooping shoulder . 3) I never saw Sir Don Bradman in his Cricketing action but I have seen the entire gamut of the Sachinlogue.From a Baby facer to the World beater, I always helped him to avoid the Corridor of Uncertainty and preached him always, not to juggle with the spirit of the game. 4)In a country like India---scarcity of true leader is a normal thing and leader with credentials is always a foreign thing in this country.So, after getting the trace of Sachin--I never keep my concentration away from him and made him the Leader as per public demand.He never try to nudge down his leadership quality and he himself added his saintly quality in it.Then he got the unique passport of national household identity. 5) Its me who compelled him to shed off the so called macho instinct and inculcated prudence in the early age of his carrier.
