Sadly, in the next week, we have two funerals at the club, for some very long standing and well respected members. On Monday 20th the joint funeral of Jim and Sylvia Billington will take place at Dewsbury crematorium, at 1:00PM, and then everybody meeting at the cricket club afterwards. On Thursday 23rd, the funeral of John Moyser will take place at 9.00am -North Ossett/Trinity Church, church street, then 10am - Dewsbury crematorium, followed by everybody meeting at the cricket club afterwards. Both Jim and John made big commitments and contributions to the club over the years, in their respective sports, and will be greatly missed by all. Our deepest condolences go out to their respective family and friends. Both families have said that anybody who knew them, are more than welcome to come and pay their respects at both the funeral services, and the gatherings at the club afterwards.
