Sadly, the grim weather report for tomorrow means Field Day will be cancelled. :( Slippery fields and likely rain are no fun (and not safe) for the little ones, and there is simply no way to park all those cars on saturated fields. Have no fear, the Apache Race will be rescheduled with full pomp and circumstance for a school-day soon. Date and time TBD. On the brighter side, Wheelerstock – the performing arts festival – will take place as planned FROM 1:30-4:00. The rain should be finished, the groups are ready (and, to be honest, there were no evening dates available that didn’t create serious conflicts for our many performers.) BRING AN UMBRELLA!
