Sadness fills my heart. Terrorists gun down 12 at French - TopicsExpress

Sadness fills my heart. Terrorists gun down 12 at French newspaper that ran cartoons of Prophet Muhammad. It is very sad that people feel the need to kill other human beings. I hope all tribalism, radicalism, fanaticism, ignorance and stupidity cease to exist. I hope everyone may experience that radical transformation that allows to understand that we are one body. Once we feel that we are all parts of the same divine body, we develop the desire to work for the well-being of the entire body. Like our own organs that work day in and day out for our bodies without asking for appreciation, we too will joyfully serve others, doing what we can to benefit the universal community. Once we realize how inextricably united that we all are in the divine realm, we understand that the full development, peaceful coexistence, and harmonious unity of all humans and all life forms is the ultimate and supreme purpose of the Creator, and that the accomplishment of such reality is what will bring about Heaven on Earth, a place where not only we are loved and cared for, but where we love and care for all creatures, for all creation, and, by doing so, we express our love for the Creator. Once we understand how inescapably interconnected we are, we care about every human being. Once we experience divinity we care about humanity. Once we experience our divine unity we feel compelled to promote human unity. At this spiritual level, we forget preferences. At this spiritual level we do not see physical appearances. At this spiritual level we don’t see the tribes that we have divided ourselves into. At this spiritual level we become oblivious to race, gender, nationality, ideology, social status, religion, or anything we might have used in the past to divide ourselves. All identities become irrelevant because we see each other as equals, as manifestations of God, as beings that share a common divinity, and we feel compelled to reunite ourselves with all. True connection takes place when we go beyond all labels, see each others’essences, and realize that we are one and the same. True connection takes place when we are able to see God everywhere, and when we understand that we complement one another. The Divine Body is made of the sum of us all, and we do not fully exist without the other. ~ Piero Falci in Pay Attention! Be Alert!
