Please also note that when you made payment, we expect you have read our term and condition in our facebook note. Before you send us booking, please ensure that you know from which album you booked the items and the situation of the items such has it arrived, on transit or loading album. All this been explain in our facebook term and condition note. As we are dealing and experiencing with high number of customer, please note that we cannot been expected to repeat same thing again and again. It is responsibility of the customer to check through everything from our page or visit our showroom. Me and my sister who look after showroom, is here to answer question, but I do expect YOU READ ABOUT US AND TERM AND CONDITION IN OUR FACEBOOK PAGE NOTE, therefore you get more insight into us and be able to understand better. It can be a bit annoying to have to answer the same or similar question. It is understandable that customer need clarification, but there is no mean of writing the note and info if people not bother to read through. Do a bit of investigation and research into the page is good , not just my page but in anything before conclusion, question and etc made to us. Sometimes we might not ask or tell you same things again and again as have you read our term and condition or etc. But, we do hope that customer do take a note on what is going on around. Also, if you booked items with us, please take a note of our status from time to time. Also please note that we have time different of 7 hours at the moment. When Malaysia is 7 in the morning, mean in UK is 12 midnight. Only at the moment if you see me uploading or reply your message at 7 am Malaysian time, is because fajr in UK at the moment is around 2.30am. Our insya time is nearly 11 pm. Therefore I usually stay up till fajr or I can also go to bed at anytime. So, you might see me at various Malaysian time and wonder as I have to try to fetch my self in at anytime on and off online. I can go out collecting stuff whole day and when I arrived back home, will be night time in Malaysia. I might take longer to answer and reply your message at certain time and day depends on my routine. Please also note if you read in my note about us, I am also have family to look after. I am not having just one little kid, but 4 grown up which mean lots of help but also demanding job for me. Therefore please do take note and a bit understanding is a need. Please also note, in many ways, I do not depends on income from this business. This has been run more in helping both side of recycling items in UK and pass over good quality things with good bargain price to Malaysian. The job is not easy, which compare to what I give my self financially, not worth. But I love to be able to give to others and fulfil their needs and pass the bargain. As we are distance online business, I can understand that sometimes it might take longer until you received the times after you made payment. We are trying to better ourselves and how we deal and do and organise things. I do hope that you do read through before made any booking. Happy shopping.
