Salt and Vinegar Roasted Baby Potatoes Ingredients: - 1 pack of baby potatoes, halved - 1 tsp salt - 2/3 tbsp malt vinegar (or to taste) - Spray oil 1) Place the halved potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and then pour them into a large baking tray and spray with a little oil and sprinkle with the salt. 2) Bake at 200/400/Gas Mark 6 for around 40-50 minutes until they have gone crispy. Take out of the oven, pour over the vinegar, mix and then transfer into a bowl. Serve with fish or home made burgers.
