Would not be surprise to see Kem Sokha as 1st Vice President of the House of Congress with over 5000+ US dollars per month and Sam Rainsy as 1st Vice President of the Senate (with 5k+ /mo also) replacing Say Chhum who would be President. Chea Sim would retire for health reason... Would not be surprise at all... Be prepared to see how Sam Rainsy will help legitimize Hun Sen as Cambodias official Prime Minister for another term, contrary to the Will of the Khmer People and Sam Rainsys/Kem Sokhas own sworn/promised commitment to them. Do not expect much or any change in this term, except for Sam Rainsy be 1st Vice President of the National Assembly. Hun Sen helps Sam Rainsy and Sam Rainsy helps Hun Sen.
