Same morons in the Drs office. Today she tells me I have $100 remaining on my account. I said how can that be? I paid the full amount, including a $50 copay. She said, well the insurance paid $80 of it, so now you owe us $100. I said no you owe me $80 because I paid that before you collected it from the insurance co. She said we will have to verify that. She even admitted that I paid the entire amount but she still thinks I owe $100. Because the Insurance Co paid part of it. Pulling my hair out.
