Saraswatichandra 6th August 2013 Written Update The Episode starts with Pramad coming home in a drunken state. He scolds the security guard. He gets annoyed as he is not having any money, he thinks he has to beg for money to Kumud. Its windy weather, the curtains fly in Kumud’s room. Kumud hears Pramad’s voice and thinks she is alone at home, what will Pramad do. She worries thinking about Pramad’s reaction. Sid comes to her. She says lets do your essay and sits with him. Kalika comes there and sees Kumud tensed. Kumud tries to focus on the essay. Kalika goes to Pramad. Pramad says I need wine. Kalika says you need respect, you did not get respect and love in this house, and today you have to beg money from Kumud. Pramad says my dad did wrong. Kalika says your dad is not wrong, its because of Kumud. She speaks against Kumud and raises his temper. Kalika says you won’t have anything except me. (Sticky wall lizard Kalika, she suits Pramad!!) She says I can’t see that you stay like this in your house, if Kumud throws money, then you will drink wine. Pramad gets angry and says I will tighten her, where is she. Kalika says downstairs. Kalika smiles. Sid is feeling sleepy and leaves. Kumud closes the door but Pramad steps in. Kumud moves backwards. He asks her to stay like an material, but she is making his life worse. Kumud asks what do you want. He says who will save you today. He asks for money. Kumud says for what. Pramad says I will slap you, I can do anything today. Kumud thinks if I fear today, he will make me afraid every day. Pramad says give money else… Saras enters the scene and shouts else what… ? (what an heroic entry!!) Kumud sees Saras and is somewhat relieved. Pramad stares at Saras and asks him what he is doing her. Saras comes to him. Kumud thinks about how Saras has beaten some goons when they teased Kumud. Kumud tries to send Saras from there saying you went with mum and dad. Saras says Budhidhan has sent me here to take care of his family. Saras says they trust me, so I can do anything to secure the family. Pramad laughs and claps saying see, he knows he is a servant and my dad gets angry on me, Saras is a pet dog for him. Pramad asks Saras to go and stand near the door. Saras gets angry. (Slap him, beat him, do something man!!) Kumud signs no, please leave expressions to Saras. Saras moves backwards. (Not expected!!) Pramad asks for money. Kumud thinks no Saras, you should not get into this, I will get the money. (Kumud should teach a lesson to her donkey hubby!!) Pramad comes to Kumud. She is shocked to see him behind her. He scares her and takes the money. He breaks the glass. Kumud gets afraid. He says if you ask anything before giving money, I will hurt you. Kumud cries. Kalika comes there and reacts seeing the mess, she asks what happened, are you fine. Kalika asks how will you stay in this room, shall I shift you from here. Kumud says you are a maid, be in your limits, how can you come without calling, go from here. Kumud scolds her. Kalika leaves. Kumud sees the glass on the floor and cries thinking about Pramad’s words. Her feet gets hurt by the glass piece. She does Aah…. and steps out of the room. She comes downstairs and sits in the hall. She thinks of her marriage with Pramad. She thinks Saras dumped her and its because of him she married Pramad. (Stupid Kumud, could not wait for a single day for Saras, why did she hurry to marry, thats why she deserves this for being a despo!!) She says I cannot say anything to anyone, I will try to say it to myself, she starts writing on a paper. She writes about her pain while crying. She says I got the punishment of loving you, can’t this punishment be less. Saras is somewhere outside the house looking at the moon. He feels every bit of her pain. He says I can face anyone, but not you (moon) and Kumud. She is my love and you are the witness. He says its that love which I could not have. I still love Kumud, but I can never tell this to her. He looks at the moon and says I wish you could be my witness. Saras walks towards the house. Kusum and Kumari are trying to talk to Kumud. Kusum says I felt Didi was hiding something, and we cannot talk to her infront of everyone. Kusum calls on Kumud’s mobile but she does not pick it. Kumari gives the landline number. They think of calling on Budhidhan’s landline number. Kusum thinks anyone can receive it but they take the risk and call on it. Saras is near the phone as he rings the bell and goes to the phone. (So Slowly, can’t you walk normal!!) Saras picks the phone and says Hello. Kusum is shocked to hear his voice. Precap: Saras shows a wound to Kumud and tells her that if Pramad hurts you again and if you don’t stop him, then I will hurt myself like this.
