Sarge is a shy 4 year old Pitbull. He was brought into the shelter scared & unsure of his surroundings. Who can blame him. I’m sure he had a family or at least someone he spent a lot of time with & now he’s wondering where they are. The barks from the other dogs make him nervous & he would just prefer to spent time with people at least for now. Sarge is a smart boy who knows sit, paw & down. He does need to have further training & his leash skills need some work but with the right treats he will catch on quick. He loves going on walks & playing in the pens. He is a big lap dog at heart, wants to cuddle & as long as you are near…life is grand! Sarge would prefer a quiet home where he can sit back & relax. He would do best in a pet free home so he can be spoiled & get all your attention. This boy is truly wonderful if given the chance to warm up to you.
