Saturday night saw an illuminated Neasden Lane. London Fatwa - TopicsExpress

Saturday night saw an illuminated Neasden Lane. London Fatwa Council was radiating Nur, as the Lovers were gathered in a night of poetry and praise of the most Praiseworthy sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam. The blessed gathering, a commemoration of the Mawlid un Nabi sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam, was blessed with a kitab by our noble Shaykh Mohammad Yazdani; who illuminated the audience with so many blessed pearls, one is left mesmerised at the extent of the grace of the Ulema, upon the thirsty seeker. We also had an Urdu kitab by our local Imam, Maulana Jamil sahib, who gave a succinct explanation of Mawlid. The night was adorned with beautiful poetry and Nasheed from the Syrian, Yemeni, Urdu and Arabic traditions and was even honoured by the world renowned naat khwan Syed Altaf Hussain Shah sahib, Subhan Allah, it truly was Nur ala Nur! London Fatwa Council began refurbishment prior to Ramadhan, and we had been keeping you updated with progress over the building work and various phrases. However, purposefully refrained from sharing the final outcome, until this blessed month, as now, it is finally complete, Alhumdilillah! London Fatwa Council has been fitted with a beautiful, purpose built and handmade Mihrab, Mimbar and Quran shelves, in perfect coordination, by a very talented and blessed Moroccan carpenter. Together with a beautifully handwritten Qasidah Burdah Sharif and a blessed Hilye Sharif, all the way from Tajikistan. The Masjid is a true reflection of the simplicity and beauty of a very sincere and humble Shaykh Mohammad Yazdani. Years of tiresome fundraising and commitment have given the Shaykh a Markaz to be proud of, Alhumdulillah. Allah Subhanahu wataala grant endless Barakah and blessing in the life, work and family of our noble Shaykh and grant more Barakah in his blessed institution, London Fatwa Council. Truly no camera can capture the beat of the hearts of all those gathered in remembrance, or of the beautiful nightingales who recited for the love of their beloved sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam, nor too the beautiful interior of the masjid. One must come, to experience the reality of such gatherings and of such places. But we offer you a few moments caught on camera and ask Allah Subhanahu wataala that we are all granted the tawfiq to continue to benefit from such beautiful gatherings and from such esteemed Shuyukh, Ameen.
