Saute spring onions a few cloves of garlic,pepper and rock salt in a deep pan in some olive oil.Fry and seal chicken cut into bits on the bone.Add chopped mushrooms and some baby potatoes rubbed with rosemary and rock salt.After a decent browning and when the aroma gives you a semi hard on,add a packet of Knorrs cream of Asparagus soup and stir in a cup of water and a splash of milk depending on the consistency you like.The magic ingredient is the garlic dip that you get with home delivered shivarmas (basically garlic and yoghurt blended smooth). Add 3 tbspns of that and cook on a slow flame till the chicken is tender and has stopped clucking.Buy some pao and pan sear it with a little butter and eat with this delicious stew. Enjoy your meal and dont shut the windows in the night because there will be Asparagus in the air...Really yummy,my experiments with left overs.
